Removal [08/2013 - ]

HINT: 

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] 

  2. REMOVE POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side with Power Seat Switch Assembly)  See step  1
  3. DISCONNECT FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Foot Light)  See step  3
  4. DISCONNECT FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Foot Light)  See step  4
  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD  See step  6
  6. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD  See step  10
  7. REMOVE FRONT POWER ADJUSTER SHIELD  See step  11
  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD  See step  18
  9. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  See step  23
  10. REMOVE SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL COVER (w/ Climate Control Seat System)  See step  24
  11. DISCONNECT CONNECTOR (w/ Seat Heater System) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.
  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD  See step  25
  13. REMOVE SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER (w/ Climate Control Seat System)  See step  35
  14. REMOVE SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL DUCT (w/ Climate Control Seat System)  See step  36
  15. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 
    1. Disengage each claw to remove the 2 front seatback edge protectors.

  16. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect each connector and disengage each clamp from the lumbar support adjuster assembly.
    2. Disengage the 4 claws.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the lumbar support adjuster assembly.
  17. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HOOK 
    1. Remove the 2 front seatback hooks from the lumbar support adjuster assembly.
