   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat with engine oil

   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat with engine oil
5. Turbocharger
   • Removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Nut
   • Replace after removing
   • Coat the stud bolts with hot bolt paste. Refer to the appropriate Electronic Parts Information.
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to  2
7. Threaded Pin
   • 16 N.m
8. Seal
   • Replace after removing.
9. Bracket
10. Coolant Return Line
11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
12. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Coat with coolant
13. Turbocharger Recirculation Valve -N249-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Turbocharger Recirculating Valve -N249-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
    • Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
14. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
15. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
16. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
17. Connection

    • 9 N.m

1. Turbocharger/catalytic converter threaded pin connection - tightening specifications 

   -- Tighten the threaded pins -arrows- to 24 N.m.

2. Turbocharger - tightening specifications and sequence

   • Replace the nuts after removing.

   -- Tighten the nuts in stages in the sequence shown

   Step	Nuts	Tightening Specifications
   1.	-1 to 4-	Install all the way by hand
   2.	-1 and 2-	10 N.m
   3.	-3 and 4-	25 N.m
   4.	-1 and 2-	25 N.m
