Vacuum Pump, Removing And Installing, 2.0L TFSI Engine: Removing

-- Remove the high pressure pump. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP [For engine(s) DBPA] .

-- Loosen the hose clamp -1-, remove the vacuum hose and do not damage it while doing so.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Pull the vacuum pump out of the mount and remove.
