Convertible Top Compartment Cover Lock Unit, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Bring the convertible top into its service position. Refer to CONVERTIBLE TOP AND CONVERTIBLE TOP COMPARTMENT COVER SERVICE POSITION .

-- Remove the rear panel trim panel at the front and rear. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL / OVERVIEW - REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL .

-- Free up the wiring harness -2-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Pry out and remove the convertible top compartment cover lock unit -1- on the right side starting at the top and remove.
