NOTE:
To repair faulty seat heating, a new seat heating element is bonded directly on the faulty seat heating element.
Exception: On a front passenger seat with passenger occupant detection system (market-specific, for example USA) the complete service kit, consisting of the seat cushion with heater and sensor as well as the control module, must be replaced. Refer to PASSENGER OCCUPANT DETECTION SYSTEM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
