Backrest Cover And Cushion, Removing And Installing, Super Sport Seat: Installing

WARNING:
- Follow all safety precautions when working on pyrotechnic components. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN WORKING WITH PYROTECHNIC COMPONENTS .
- Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, connecting a connector), the person handling it must "discharge static electricity". For example, this can be done by briefly touching the door striker.
- Follow all the instructions when installing the front seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
-- To prevent the cushion from slipping or gaps forming between the backrest cover and cover, the cushion is additionally secured to the backrest frame.
-- To do this attach a double side adhesive strip -1- approximately 45x60 mm on both sides -arrows- of the cushion.
-- Cut the anti-squeak fleece in the area of the adhesive surfaces.
-- Align the cushion and cover on the backrest frame.
-- Remove the protective film from the adhesive strips and push on the cushion in the area of the adhesive strips on the backrest frame.
-- Place the thorax airbag -2- in the pocket sewn into the cover -1-, engage in the backrest frame and secure.
