Overview - Rear Side Window, SPORTBACK

The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

1. Roof Trim Molding
   • Removed on standard glass windows.
   • For gloss package equipment, the roof trim molding on the side panel, on the C-pillar and on the roof near the side window must be pulled out of the clips.
2. Side Window
   • Removing. Refer to UNDAMAGED SIDE WINDOW, REMOVING, SPORTBACK .
   • Installing. Refer to SIDE WINDOW, INSTALLING .
   • If a window is going to be re-installed, then secure it to the B-pillar and C-pillar with adhesive tape.
3. Molding
   • No replacement part
   • Must not be damaged in the visible area.
4. Adhesive Bead

   -- Apply directly near the molding.

5. Locating Pin
   • No replacement part
   • Is cut through when removing window.
