Overview - Rear Seat Belt Latch

- Left Seat Belt Latch
- With Driver Side Rear Seat Belt Switch -E258-
- Market-Specific: without seat belt switch
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR SEAT BELT LATCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Replace the seat belt latch if the belt tensioner has deployed with the belt on.
- When tightening push the belt latch assembly against the stop.
- Must make contact with the stop.
- Center Seat Belt Latch
- With Center Rear Seat Belt Switch -E609-
- Market-Specific: without seat belt switch
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR SEAT BELT LATCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Replace the seat belt latch if the belt tensioner has deployed with the belt buckled
- When tightening push the belt latch assembly against the stop.
- Must make contact with the stop.
- Right Seat Belt Latch with Rear Center Belt End Fitting
- With Passenger Side Rear Seat Belt Switch -E259-
- Market-Specific: without seat belt switch
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR SEAT BELT LATCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Always replace if the belt tensioner has deployed when the belt is buckled
- Must lie on stop when tightening the nut.
- Nut
- 40 Nm
- Replace the bolt if it was removed because of an accident when the seat belt was buckled.
- Connector
- For vehicle versions with Passenger Side Rear Seat Belt Switch -E259-.
- Nut
- 40 Nm
- Replace the bolt if it was removed because of an accident when the seat belt was buckled.

- For vehicle version with Driver Side Rear Seat Belt Switch -E258- and Center Rear Seat Belt Switch -E609-.
