Installing The Bonded Rubber Bushing

-- Insert the :VAS6779/10 and the :VAS6779/7 on the subframe. The opening on the :VAS6779/10 faces forward.
-- Install the :VAS6779/7-1A with the guide plate -3- in the opening for the subframe pendulum support and tighten on the :VAS6779/7 .
-- Install the :VAS6779/2 in the :VAS6779/7 .
-- Apply a marking on the subframe protrusion -arrow-.
-- Install the :VAS6779 as shown in the illustration on the subframe.

- :VAS6779/6 , -arrow marking- on the Funnel the marking on the subframe protrusion -arrow- must align.
- :VAS6779/9
- :VAS6779/8 , the marking -III- on the :VAS6779/8 must align with the marking -X- on the :VAS6779/9
- :T10205/4 from :T10205
- :VAS6178
- :VAS6779/3
- :VAS6779/2
- :VAS6179 , not illustrated
-- Press in both bonded rubber busing at the same time.
-- Remove :VAS6779 from the subframe and check seating of the pressed in bonded rubber bushing.
- Cutouts of bonded rubber bushings must lie at center in opening of subframe.
- Gap -arrow- between bonded rubber bushings is permissible.
Install in reverse order of removal.
