Service at every 5, 000 miles or 1 Year after Last Service
- Engine Oil - change and replace filter
- Wiper/Washer/Headlight Washer - check adjustment and function, add fluid if necessary
- Tires and Spare - check for wear and damage, check pressure
- Tires - rotate (5K only)
- Service Reminder Display - reset
- Brake System - check thickness of pads and brake fluid level
Service at 15, 000 miles or 1 Year after Last Service
- Engine Oil - change and replace filter
- Wiper/Washer/Headlight Washer - check adjustment and function, add fluid if necessary
- Tires and Spare - check for wear and damage, check pressure and renewal date of tire set (where applicable)
- Service Reminder Display - reset
- Brake System - check for damage, leaks, thickness of pads and brake fluid level
- Cooling System - check level, add if necessary
- Exhaust System - check for damage, leaks

- Sunroof - clean guide rails and lubricate rails with grease spray
- Front Axle - check dust seals on ball joints and tie rod ends
- Lights - check all lights, check headlight adjustment
- Drive Shaft Boots - check
- Spherical head couplings for tailgate gas springs: Retighten with 21 Nm (A4 Avant (up to VIN WAU8E7A125000).
- Doors - lubricate doors, check straps
- Snow screen for Air Cleaner - clean (A4 only)
- Road Test - check braking, kick down, steering, electrical, heating and ventilation systems air conditioning, shift lock operation and power accessories
- Rear Lid Hinges - lubricate (A8 only)
Service at 25, 000 miles or 1 Year after Last Service
- Engine Oil - change and replace filter
- Wiper/Washer/Headlight Washer - check adjustment and function, add fluid if necessary

- Rear Lid Hinges - lubricate (A8 only)
- Front sunroof drains (where applicable) - Open sunroof to check front water drain and clean if necessary.
- Plenum panel - Remove cover for plenum panel to check water drains and clean if necessary. (A4, A4 Avant, A4 Cabriolet, S4, S4 Avant, S4 Cabriolet, A6 and A8)
Service at 45, 000 miles or 1 Year after Last Service
- Engine Oil - change and replace filter

- Rear Lid Hinges - lubricate (A8 only)
- Timing Belt - replace (1.8T, 3.0L, 4.2L V8 except allroad® V8, and S4)
- Timing Belt and Timing Belt Tensioning System (2.7 turbo only) - replace
- Front sunroof drains (where applicable) - Open sunroof to check front water drain and clean if necessary.
- Plenum panel - Remove cover for plenum panel to check water drains and clean if necessary. (A4, A4 Avant, A4 Cabriolet, S4, S4 Avant, S4 Cabriolet, A6 and A8)
Service at 85, 000 miles or 1 Year after Last Service
