Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.
Always replace self-locking nuts and bolts.
Always replace damaged nuts and bolts.
- Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Seal
- Replace after removing.
- Lower Timing Chain Cover
- Vacuum Sensor -G608-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to VACUUM SENSOR -G608-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-Ring
- Replace if damaged
- Vacuum Hose
- With check valve
- Replace the vacuum hose if damaged
- Vacuum Hose
- Clip
- Vacuum Pump
- The vacuum pump is mechanically driven.
- Vacuum System, Checking. Refer to VACUUM SYSTEM, CHECKING .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 5-CYLINDER TFSI ENGINE .
