Rear Window Wiper Motor -V12-, Removing And Installing, Vehicles Through 07/2013: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:
If the rear lid -1- is replaced, the previous rear window wiper motor may continue to be used by following the subsequent procedures
-- Attach the rear window wiper motor -2- to the upper threaded pin and install the nut -5- by hand as far as the stop.
-- Slide the nut -8- behind the body panel and install the bolt -3- by hand as far as the stop.
-- Insert the spacer sleeve -6- between the rear window wiper motor and the body.
-- Slide the nut -7- behind the body panel and install the bolt -4- by hand as far as the stop.
-- Tighten the bolts and nut to specification.
- The washer fluid hose must engage audibly into the spray nozzle connection.
-- Adjust the wiper arm. Refer to WIPER ARM, ADJUSTING .
