Plenum Chamber Bulkhead, Removing And Installing: Removing

Vehicles with High-Voltage System:

-- De-energize the high-voltage system. Refer to .

Continuation for All:

-- Remove the plenum chamber cover. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Pry out the sealing piece -1- -arrow-.

-- Remove the nut -1-.

-- Release the catch -4- from the wheel well side using a 6 mm socket -item 3-.

-- Remove cover -2- upward.

-- RS3: remove the washer fluid reservoir filler neck. Refer to WINDSHIELD WASHER SYSTEM .

-- Remove the metal nuts -1- and free up the heat shield -2-.
