Left/Right Daytime Running Lamp And Position Lamp Control Module -J860- / -J861-, Removing And Installing, Hid Headlamps Through My 2016: Removing

-- Turn the light switch to position "0".

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

-- Do not press the flasher.

-- Left: vehicle equipment version without side auxiliary cooler: Remove the headlamp. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, HID HEADLAMP AND LED HEADLAMP THROUGH MY 2016 .

-- Vehicle equipment version with side auxiliary cooler: Remove the auxiliary cooler and set it aside with the coolant hoses attached. Refer to RADIATOR FAN -V7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC] / RADIATOR FAN -V7- AND RADIATOR FAN 2 -V177-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CRUA, DEJA] / AUXILIARY RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC, CYFB] .

-- Right: loosen the front wheel housing liner and move to the side. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the control module -1- from the headlamp.

-- Press the release -2- button and disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the control module.
