Oil Pan
- Removing and installing. Refer to OIL PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2
- Always replace after removing

Gasket
- Always replace after removing
DSG Transmission Mechatronic -J743-
- With O-rings on connector
- Always replace the O-ring after disassembly.
- Removing and installing. Refer to Direct Transmission Mechatronic -J743-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Bleed Cap
- Placed on bleed pipe
Bleed Pipe
- Pressed into transmission
- Always replace after removing
Transmission Oil Pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Insert with new seal
Transmission Oil Pump Cover
- With seal
- Always replace after removing
- Removing and installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 4
- Always replace after removing

-- Tighten the screws -arrows- diagonally in steps to 16 Nm.

Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

-- Tighten the bolts in steps in the sequence shown:

1.	-1 to 10-	5 Nm
2.	-1 to 10-	Tighten 90° further
