Overview - Differential

Bolt
- 30 Nm
Right Flange Shaft
- For Front Wheel Drive (FWD) vehicles. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 33 Nm
Right Flange Shaft
- For All Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicles
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Seal
- Always replace after removing
- Insert into the surrounding right flange shaft groove
- Remove to replace the needle bearing (polygon bearing) -6-
Needle Bearing (Polygon Bearing)
- If it is difficult to move when the flange shaft is removed, this is not a fault
- Acoustic test only when installed
- Check for damage, for example for cracks on the bearing outer race
- Replacing. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT NEEDLE BEARING (POLYGON BEARING), REPLACING .
Circlip
- Always replace after removing
Bevel Box
Bolt
- 30 Nm
Left Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Transmission
