Hydraulic System, Post-Bleeding: Notes

Perform the post-bleeding procedure when:

The brake pedal travel is too long, or the so-called >>soft brake pedal<<

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required

Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit:VAS5234 with Brake Bleeder Adapter :VAS5234/1
or
Brake Filling and Bleeding Equipment:VAS6860 with Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit - Adapter:VAS5234/1A
Brake Bleeding Tool Set:VAS6564
Wrench - Brake Bleeder Set:VAS5519

Procedure

NOTE:

A second technician is required for post-bleeding.

-- Connect the :VAS6860 .

NOTE:

Use a suitable bleeder hose. It must be seated tightly on the bleed screw so that no air can enter the brake system.

-- Attach the bleed hose from the bleeder bottle to the bleed screw.
