Seal On Bevel Box Between Transmission And Bevel Box, Removing And Installing: Procedure

-- Remove the bevel gear. Refer to BEVEL BOX, REMOVING .

-- Pry out the sealing ring on bevel box using the :T20143/1 or :T20143/2 .

-- Coat outer circumference and sealing lips of new seal with transmission fluid.

-- Fill the space between the sealing- and dust lip -arrow- half way with sealing grease; sealing grease. Refer to the parts information.

-- Install the seal all the way in using the :T10298 . Be careful not to tilt it.

-- Install the bevel box. Refer to BEVEL BOX, REMOVING .
