Oil Pan, Removing And Installing: Removing

Engine oil is drained. Refer to appropriate service information.

-- Disconnect the connector -arrow- on the Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-.

-- Loosen the clips -arrows-, remove the oil pan noise insulation -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- that connect the oil pan to the transmission.

-- Loosen and remove the bolts -1 to 18- in a diagonal sequence.

-- Carefully loosen the oil pan from the bonding.
