Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

- Follow the safety precautions when working on the exhaust system. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN WORKING ON EXHAUST SYSTEM .
-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Open the heat shield boot.
-- Remove the connector -1- from the bracket, disconnect, and free up the wiring harness.
-- Remove the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235- -2-.
- Do not cut the wire connection.
On engine codes CRFA and CRFC additionally remove the connector -1- for the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-.
