- Installed position. Refer to INSTALLED LOCATION OF THE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SCREW CLAMP
Seal
- Always Replace After Removing
- Installation position. Refer to INSTALLED LOCATION OF THE SEAL BETWEEN THE EMISSIONS CONTROL MODULE AND FRONT EXHAUST PIPE. .
Front Exhaust Pipe
- Different versions. For the correct allocation. Refer to the Parts information.
- With separating point for easier removal of the exhaust system.
- Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT EXHAUST PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Align the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING AND ALIGNING .
Nut
- 10 Nm
Exhaust Door Control Unit -J883-
- Not installed on engine codes CRFA and CRFC (depending on the emissions standard)
- Removing and installing. Refer to EXHAUST DOOR CONTROL UNIT -J883-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
Front Clamping Sleeve
- Before tightening, align exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING AND ALIGNING .
- Installed position. Refer to INSTALLED POSITION OF FRONT CLAMPING SLEEVE
- Tighten threaded connections evenly.
Nut
- 30 Nm
Exhaust Pipe
- Unit with rear muffler
- With separating point for easier removal. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS, SEPARATING .
Rear Clamping Sleeve
- Before tightening, align exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING AND ALIGNING .
- Installed position. Refer to INSTALLED POSITION OF REAR CLAMPING SLEEVE
- Tighten threaded connections evenly.

- 30 Nm

- One unit with front exhaust pipe.
- Different versions. For the correct allocation. Refer to the Parts information.
- With separating point for easier removal. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS, SEPARATING .
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Align the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING AND ALIGNING .
