MISFUELING Guard, Deactivating: Procedure

-- Remove the misfueling guard. Refer to MISFUELING GUARD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the tabs at the marks, as illustrated.

NOTE:

The cap on the misfueling guard must be able to be opened without catching.
