Right Rear Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING WITHOUT COOLING SYSTEM CHARGE KIT - ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP .

-- Remove the rear coolant pipe. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the left coolant pipes. Refer to LEFT COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicles With FWD 

-- Remove the front exhaust pipe. Refer to FRONT EXHAUST PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

All Vehicles

-- Open the heat protection sleeve -1-.

-- Disconnect the connectors -3, 5 and 6- and free up the wiring harness.

-- Remove the bolt -2-.

Vehicles With Engine Codes CRUA & DEJA: 

-- Disconnect the connector -4- for the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-.

-- If installed, remove the vacuum hose -arrow- and free it up.

Continuation For All Vehicles: 

-- Lay the bracket with the differential pressure sensor(s) to the rear.

-- Press the release buttons on the crankcase ventilation hose -1- and remove the hose from the cylinder head cover.

• Do not open the crankcase ventilation hose connection -1-. Only the other side of the hose connection may be opened.

-- Free up the vacuum hose on the air duct pipe -arrows-.

-- Remove bolt -2- and tilt the air guide pipe with the intake tube backward and remove from the turbocharger.

-- Loosen the clamp -1- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Loosen the bolt -2-, remove bolt -3- and pivot the coolant line to the side.

-- Disconnect the connectors and free up the wires.

1. For the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-
2. For the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-
3. For the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G448- Equipped Depending on the Exhaust Gas Standard

-- Remove the connector for the Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- -4- from the bracket, disconnect it and free up the wire.

-- Remove the connector -2- for the EGR Temperature Sensor -G98- from the retainer, disconnect it and free up the wire.

-- Remove the connector -4- from the mount, disconnect, and free up the wires.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -1-.

-- Free up the coolant line -3- and the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) lines -2-.

-- Remove the Reducing Agent Injector -N474- and lay it to the right side.

Vehicles With Auxiliary Heater

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-, and push the coolant pump slightly aside.

AWD Vehicles 

-- Remove The Right Drive Axle From The Bevel Box. Refer to OVERVIEW - DRIVE AXLE (VARIETY) / OVERVIEW - DRIVE AXLE / DRIVE AXLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

All Vehicles 

• Use the : T40207  to disconnect the connector -5- in illustration "A26-11266". Disconnect the securing pin on the connector housing -1- in direction of -arrow-.

-- Push the heat shield boot aside, and disconnect the connector -5-.

-- Loosen the clamp -3- and remove the air guide hose.

-- Loosen the clamp -4- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Remove the bolt -1- using the :T10501  , and loosen bolt -2-.

-- Open the clamp -1- and position on the emissions control module entrance funnel.

-- Loosen the double bolt -2-, push the coolant pipe slightly toward the rear.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and push the emissions control module (or catalytic converter) and EGR cooler toward the rear.

-- Loosen the clamp -1- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Remove the double bolt -2- and bolt -3-. Then remove the right rear coolant pipe.
