Cylinder Head Gasket
- Replace after removing.
- Installed position: the part number faces the cylinder head
- Change the coolant and engine oil after replacing
Alignment Pin
- Quantity: 2
Cylinder Head
- Removing and installing. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Checking for distortion. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD, CHECKING FOR DISTORTION .
- Change the coolant and engine oil after replacing
Bolt
- Replace after removing.
- Loosening. Refer to LOOSENING THE CYLINDER HEAD .
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND SEQUENCE .
Heat Shield
Bolt
- First tightening 5 Nm
- Second tightening 9 Nm
O-ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with coolant
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Connection
- For coolant hose
Bolt
- Replace after removing.
- Loosening. Refer to LOOSENING THE CYLINDER HEAD .
- Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD - TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS AND SEQUENCE .
O-ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with coolant

- Replace after removing.
