1. O-Rings
   • Replace after removing
   • Coat with coolant
2. Connection

   • Replace after removing
   • Coat with coolant
4. Lower Front Coolant Pipe
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to LOWER FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Seal
   • Replace after removing
   • Coat with coolant
6. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing
   • Coat with coolant
7. Coolant Pump
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
8. O-Rings
   • Replace after removing
   • Coat with coolant
9. Bolt
   • 8 Nm
10. Cylinder Head Coolant Valve -N489-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Cylinder Head Coolant Valve -N489-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • Replace after removing
    • 20 Nm +45°
12. Clip
    • Check for secure fit
13. Clip
    • Check for secure fit
14. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
    • Coat with coolant
15. Seal
    • Replace after removing
16. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
17. Coolant Thermostat Housing
18. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
    • Coat with coolant
19. Coolant Thermostat
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to COOLANT THERMOSTAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
20. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
21. Connection
