Bumper Cover, Removing And Installing, Vehicles Without Side Auxiliary Radiator: Removing

-- Push in the front wheel and loosen the wheel housing liner in the area of the front bumper cover.

-- Place a drip tray under the separating point for the washer fluid hose.

-- If installed, remove the water drain hose -1- from the headlamp washer pump -2- to do this push the release button.

-- Seal the hose coupling with clean plugs from the : VAS6122  .

-- If equipped, disconnect the connector -3- from the fog lamp.

-- Disconnect the central connector -4-.

-- Push the loosened wheel housing liner aside and remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2-.

-- Disengage the side wall -3- from the front side panel -arrow- (in illustration) and remove the bumper cover forward with a second technician.
