Backrest Frame, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear seat backrest, refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the side trim panel, refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the front luggage compartment trim panel, refer to FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Open the seat belt latch cover and remove it.

-- Disconnect the connectors for the seat belt switch.

-- Remove the left and right bolts -3- for the backrest frame.

-- Remove the backrest frame nuts -2-.

-- Disengage the backrest frame -1- from the threaded pin and remove from the vehicle.
