NOTE:

Always replace seals.

Do not reuse fluid you have drained.

Only use hydraulic fluid.

   • 23 Nm
2. Belt Pulley
3. Shim
   • To adjust the ribbed belt pulley alignment. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
   • There are different thicknesses. Refer to the Parts information.
4. Bracket

   • 23 Nm
   • Power steering pump to bracket
   • Quantity: 2
6. Alignment Bushing
   • Quantity: 2
7. Bolt
   • 23 Nm
   • Bracket to cylinder block
   • Quantity: 4
8. Bolt
   • 23 Nm
   • Power steering pump to bracket
9. Pressure Line with Union Nut
   • 40 Nm
   • Tighten the bolt -2- first, before tightening. Refer to Figure
     CAUTION:

     • Insert the pressure line completely when installing.
10. Power Steering Pump -V119-
    • With power steering pump regulator valve
    • The pump and control valve are a single component and are replaced together.
    • For allocation. Refer to the Parts information.
    • Fill with hydraulic fluid before installing
    • Delivery pressure, checking. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP DELIVERY PRESSURE, CHECKING, VEHICLES WITH 12-CYLINDER ENGINE .
    • Removing and installing. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH DYNAMIC STEERING WITH 12-CYLINDER ENGINE .
    • Check the ribbed belt pulley alignment after replacing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
11. Clamp
    • Always replace if removed
12. Intake Hose
    • The "P" marking on the intake hose must align with the seam on the power steering pump
