Clutch Pedal Assembly Overview

CAUTION:
Risk of accident!
- The amount of brake pedal travel must not be decreased by additional floor mats.
NOTE:
Lubricate the various bearing and contact surfaces with grease G 000 450 02.
Make sure that no brake fluid escapes into the footwell or into the plenum chamber or onto the transmission below. If it does, clean the area thoroughly.

- Lubricate the bearing area
- Clutch Pedal Mounting Axle
- Lubricate the bearing area
- Bearing Shell
- Located in the clutch pedal
- Over-Center Spring
- Black side faces toward clutch pedal
- Note the different bearing position in the mounting bracket OVER-CENTER SPRING .
- Removing and installing, refer to OVER-CENTER SPRING .
- Bearing Shell

- Gasket

- Clutch Master Cylinder
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER .
- Lubricating the bearing lug for the pressure rod.
- Clutch Position Sensor -G476-
- Integrated clutch pedal switch -F36- and clutch pedal starter interlock switch -F194-
- Can only be replaced together with the master cylinder -item 11- 11
