Noise Insulation: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition.

-- Remove the shift lever knob with the shift lever boot. Refer to SHIFT KNOB WITH SHIFT LEVER BOOT .

-- Remove the multimedia system control head -E380-. Refer to MULTIMEDIA SYSTEM CONTROL HEAD -E380-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the tabs -1- in direction of -arrow-. Raise the rear noise insulation when doing this.

-- Pull the noise insulation off the tabs -3-.

-- Pull the boot -2- off the gearshift lever in direction of -arrow-.
