-- Place the vehicle on a hoist.

-- Remove The Cover -1- And -2-. Refer To DIAGONAL BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (A5 CABRIOLET) , DIAGONAL BRACE, SPORTBACK and DIAGONAL BRACE, CABRIOLET .

-- Remove the left and right bolts -arrows- and remove the diagonal braces.

• Remove the left -1- bolt first and then the right -2- and then remove the diagonal brace.
