Bolt
- 7 Nm
Lock Washer
- When installing, simply press the plenum chamber bulkhead onto the threaded pins.
Insulation
- The lock washer secures the insulation to the plenum chamber bulkhead.
Nut
- 7 Nm
Plenum Chamber Bulkhead
NOTE:
Note The Different Versions When Removing.
- Before Removing:
  -- Remove The Tower Brace. Refer To TOWER BRACE (REMOVING) , UPPER CONTROL ARM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and TOWER BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  
  -- Loosen the washer fluid reservoir.
  
  -- Disconnect the vacuum line to the brake booster at the connection to the plenum chamber bulkhead.
  
  -- Unclip the vacuum line from the plenum chamber bulkhead.
  
  -- Disconnect or unclip coolant lines that are routed through the plenum chamber bulkhead or Refer to COOLANT CONNECTIONS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [FOR ENGINE(S) CAUA] , COOLANT PIPES [FOR ENGINE(S) CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] and COOLANT PIPES [FOR ENGINE(S) CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] .
- To remove, remove the bolts -1- and nut -4-.
Seal
- Install The Seal From Underneath.
Plenum Chamber
Edge Protection
- Slide the edge protection onto the tab on the plenum chamber bulkhead.
