Rear Lid, Adjusting

Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required 

• Gauge - Gap Adjustment:3371 

Gap Dimensions

Check the gap dimensions using the Adjustment Gauge: 3371  .

• In -A- area = 3.5 mm ± 0.5 mm
• In -B- area = 3.7 mm ± 0.5 mm
• In -C- area = 5.0 mm ± 0.5 mm

Height Adjustment

-- The lid front height can be adjusted by loosening the nut and sliding it in the direction of arrow.

-- With the hinge installed, the rear shelf must be removed.

-- With the rear shelf installed, disengage the spring on the hinge.

-- Remove the hinge under the rear shelf, loosen the nut on the hinge and slide it accordingly.

-- After adjusting, tighten the nut on the hinge to 20 Nm. 

-- Install the hinge and engage the spring and gas-filled strut, if necessary.

-- The rear height can be adjusted by sliding the locking plate -1-.

-- Loosen the nut -2-, slide it accordingly and tighten the nuts to the specification.
