-- Open the glove compartment.
-- Insert two hooks from the Radio Removal Tool:T10057 into the release slits on the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523- until they engage. Points on the grip eyelets of tool face outward.

-- Remove the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523- from the mounting frame.
-- Pull Radio Removal Tool:T10057 out by pressing on locking tabs on the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523-.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Front Information Display Control Head Control Module -J523-.
-- Insert the Fiber-Optic Repair Set - Connector Protective Caps:VAS6223 / 9 -1- onto the MOST Bus connector -2-.
