Bleed The Fuel Supply Line To The Metering Pump: Procedure

-- Connect the Suction Pump:VAS5226 to the compressed air.

-- Remove the fuel supply line -2- from the fuel tank at the metering pump -1-.

-- Connect the Suction Pump:VAS5226 with the adapter from the Hand Vacuum Pump:VAS6213 to the fuel supply line and bleed it by extracting briefly.

-- Install the fuel supply line to the metering pump.

-- Switch the parking heater on and let it run approximately 10 minutes at full throttle.
