Sill Panel Trim, Removing And Installing, AUDI RS5: Removing

Fig 1: Identifying Noise Insulation -1-, Clips -2-

-- Remove the side trim panel. Refer to Passenger Compartment Trim .

-- Remove the noise insulation -1- .

-- Loosen the clips -2- in order to carefully press the retaining clips together in direction of -arrows- .

-- Carefully loosen bonding -1 and 2- on the side panel.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and both washers.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 3- .

-- Remove the bolts -2- .

-- Open the door.

-- With a second technician, slide in direction of -arrows- the sill panel trim -1- forward and remove it.
