Sill-Side Trim, Removing And Installing, Power Standard Seat, With Or Without Memory Function: Removing

-- Bring seat as far up as possible.

-- Remove the expanding rivet -2- from the sill-side trim -1-.

-- Open the clip -3-.

-- Unclip trim -1- on retaining bracket -2-.

-- Disengage the trim in the seat/backrest stop area.

NOTE:

Ensure Bracket -4- Is Not Damaged When Removing Trim.

-- Release the catch -arrow- on the storage compartment -2- and remove the sill-side trim -1- upward.

-- Pull the sill-side trim slightly forward off the bracket and remove it upward.

-- Pull the trim as far up from the retaining bracket as the electrical wires allow.

-- Disconnect the connectors:

-- Free up electrical wire on the bracket -3-.

-- Remove sill side trim.
