A-Pillar Trim Panel, Removing And Installing, A-Pillar Upper Trim Panel: Removing

Follow All Safety Precautions When Working With Pyrotechnic Components. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
-- Carefully unclip cap -1- with the "Airbag" symbol from the upper A-pillar trim using a screwdriver.
-- Remove the bolt -2-.
-- Carefully unclip the A-pillar upper trim panel -3- beginning at the top using the Trim Removal Wedge:3409 in direction of -arrow A-.
-- Pull the upper A-pillar trim out of the instrument panel in direction of -arrow B- and remove.
