Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following: 

NOTE:

When Tightening The Nuts, Make There Is An Even Distance Between The Upper Side Of The Instrument Panel And The Upper Edge Of The Speaker Vent As Well As An Even Gap All The Way Around.
