-- Remove the instrument panel cover on the driver side. Refer to DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLE WITHOUT KNEE AIRBAGS .

-- Remove the driver knee airbag. Refer to DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG WITH IGNITER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
