NOTE:
Install complete repair kit when servicing.
Apply thin coat of assembly paste G 052 150 A2 to brake cylinders, pistons and seals.
- Bolt
- 30 Nm
- Cap
- Insert in brake caliper.
- Replacing, refer to PROTECTIVE CAP AND GUIDE PIN, 1LA/1LJ .
- Guide Pins
- Slide through the boot.
- Replacing, refer to PROTECTIVE CAP AND GUIDE PIN, 1LA/1LJ .
- Cap
- Install on the bleeder valve.
- Bleeder Valve
- Apply a thin coat of assembly paste G 052 150 A2 to the threads before installing.
- 15 Nm
- Brake Caliper Housing
- Spring
- Ensure installation position is correct.
- Cap
- Do not damage when installing piston.
- Coat with Assembly Paste G 052 150 A2.
- Pistons
- First apply thin coat of brake cylinder paste G 052 150 A2 on piston.
- Diameter 57 mm.
- Seal
- Coat with assembly paste G 052 150 A2.
- Brake Carrier
- Removing and Installing, refer to FRONT BRAKE CALIPER WITH BRAKE CARRIER .
- The 4 retaining pins for the brake pads on the brake carrier must not be loosened under any circumstances.
- Bolt
- 196 Nm
