Vacuum Pump, Removing And Installing, 4.0L TFSI Engine: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals and O-rings after removal.

Secure all hose connections with standard production hose clamps.

-- Position the vacuum pump yoke so that it engages into the camshaft yoke when installing the vacuum pump.

-- Insert the vacuum pump and tighten the bolts.
