Overview - Cylinder Head Cover: Notes

The cylinder head cover for cylinder bank 2 (left) is shown in the illustration.
- Seal
- Replace if damaged or leaking
- For the cylinder head cover
- Cylinder Head Cover
- Removing and installing. Refer to CYLINDER HEAD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Grommet
- Replace if damaged or leaking
- Seal
- For fuel injector
- Replacing. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SEALS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- For the cap
- Replace if damaged or leaking

- For the crankcase ventilation
- O-ring
- Tension Clamp
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Sealing Bushing
- For the fuel rail
- Fuel Rail
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions.
- Do not change the angles of the high pressure lines
- Install the high pressure lines. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification -Item 17- OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTORS .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification -Item 3- OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTORS .
- Fuel Return Hose
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions.
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Injector
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions..
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL INJECTORS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
