Traction Battery -A2- FRONT OUTLET AIR GUIDE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while observing the following.

NOTE:

If the tabs are broken -1 and 5-, the air guide -4- may also be secured to the battery cooling module -2- and to the air guide -6- with bolts -3-.

-- Press the air guide onto the battery cooling module and on the air guide on the traction battery until it audibly engages.

-- Electrical connections and routing. Refer to the Appropriate Wiring Diagram.

-- Reinstall all of the previously removed components.

-- Turn on the ignition.

-- Check the A/C system Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) memory for the Climatronic Control Module -J255- display and control head and erase any displayed malfunctions, if necessary. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function.
