Charge Air Cooler Housing, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

Follow all the rules of cleanliness. Refer to CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Remove the lock carrier. Refer to LOCK CARRIER .

-- Remove the front coolant pipe. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Move the coolant hose to the side.

NOTE:

Ignore item -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Free up the vacuum hoses -arrow-.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -4 and 5- and remove the air guide hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -1, 2, and 6- and pull the charge air cooler housing slightly forward, then remove it upward.
