Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal.Note The Following:

NOTE:

If There Are Small Impressions On The Slats, refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY [CYMC, CYRB, CYRC, CWPB, DAXB, DAXC, CJEB, CJED, CJEE, CNCD, CNCE, CUHA, CUJA, CNCB, CUHB, DAYB, CYGA, CYNB, CYPA, CYPB, CYYA, CVJA ENGINES] .

-- Electrical connections and wiring routing. Refer to the appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install The Right Headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the charge air cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
