Right Coolant Pipe On The Transmission, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to the appropriate service information; ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CYMC, CYRB, CYRC, CWPB, DAXB, DAXC, CJEB, CJED, CJEE, CNCD, CNCE, CUHA, CUJA, CNCB, CUHB, DAYB, CYGA, CYNB, CYPA, CYPB, CYYA, CVJA ENGINES] , ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CLAB, CLAA, CDUC, CGQB, CKVB, CKVC, CDUD, CPNB, CTCB, CTCC, CVUA, CVUB ENGINES] .

WARNING:

The Cooling System Is Under Pressure When The Engine Is Warm. Risk Of Scalding Due To Hot Steam And Hot Coolant.

Scalding The Skin And Other Parts Of The Body Is Possible.

Wear safety gloves.
Wear protective eyewear.
Reduce the pressure by covering the coolant expansion tank cap with a cloth and carefully opening it.

-- Remove the cap -arrow- from the coolant reservoir.

-- Remove The Rear Noise Insulation. Refer to REAR NOISE INSULATION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-, and remove the right subframe heat shield -1-.

-- Place the :VAS6208 under separating point.

NOTE:

-- Clamp off the coolant hose -1- with the :3094 .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the coolant hose -3- and the :3094 from the right coolant pipe on the transmission.

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the coolant pipe on the right wheel housing.
