Procedure: Step 2 - Removing the Spark Plugs, Left Cylinder Bank:

-- Remove the coolant hoses, to do so loosen the brackets -1 and 4-.

-- Free up the coolant hose -arrow-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2- for the Engine Coolant Level Warning Switch -F66-.

-- Remove the bolt -3- from the coolant expansion tank.

-- Remove the coolant expansion tank upward from the bracket and move to the side.

-- Free up the coolant hoses -3- and air guide pipe -1- at the wiring guide -2-.

-- Remove the connectors -1- from the bracket -2-, disconnect them and free up the wire.

-- Remove the bracket -2- upward.

-- Disconnect and free up the connectors -arrows-.

3 - For Intake/Exhaust Camshaft Adjusters 1 and 2 for Cylinder 5 (-F464-, -F465-, -F466-, -F467-)

4 - For Fuel Metering Valve 2 -N402-

5 - For Low Fuel Pressure Sensor -G410-

6 - For Camshaft Position Sensor 4 -G301-

8 - For Intake/Exhaust Camshaft Adjusters 1 and 2 for Cylinder 8 (-F476-, -F477-, -F478-, -F479-)

10 - For Camshaft Position Sensor 2 -G163-

11 - For the Ignition coils 5 through 8 with Power Output Stage (-N323-, -N324-, -N325-, -N326-)

-- Remove the vacuum hoses -1 and 7-.

-- Remove the bolts -2 and 9- and the double bolt -arrow- and free up the ground cable.

-- Push the ignition coil connector toward the ignition coil, open the locking mechanism and remove the connector from the ignition coil.

-- Move the connector strip slightly to the side. Make sure to not kink or damage the lines.

-- Remove the ignition coil bolts -arrows-.

-- Insert the :T10530 into the ignition coil hole -1- and turn the knurled nut -2- clockwise until the puller tightens.

-- Carefully remove the ignition coils upward using the :T10530 .

-- Repeat the removal procedure for all ignition coils.

-- Remove the spark plugs using the :VAS3122B .
