Procedure: Step 1 - Removing the Spark Plugs, Right Cylinder Bank:

-- Free up the fuel line -1- and hose -2- to the EVAP canister on the air guide pipe.

-- Remove the vacuum hose -3- from the connection on the air guide pipe.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -arrows- and remove the air guide pipe.

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - CTGE, CEUC , or AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - CREC, CREH , or AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING - CYNB . .

-- Release the connectors -2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9- are remove from the cam adjustment actuator.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1- from the Camshaft Position Sensor 3 -G300-.

-- Remove the connector strip bolts.

-- Release the connector from the ignition coils -arrows- and disconnect all the connectors at the same time from the ignition coils.

-- Move the connector strip slightly to the side. Make sure to not kink or damage the lines.

-- Place the :T40039 on the topmost thick rib and pull all the ignition coils one after the other off of the spark plugs in the direction of the -arrow-.

-- Using the :VAS3122B , remove the spark plugs from the cylinder head.
