Mass Airflow Sensor -G70-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following: 

Following the information and procedures exactly will assure the Mass Airflow Sensor -G70- works correctly.

NOTE:

If the air filter is very dirty or soaked, dirt particles or moisture may have contaminated the mass airflow sensor and may be causing false mass airflow values. This results in a reduction of power, since a lower injection quantity is calculated.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. Refer to the parts information.

If the catches on the air guide pipe "Version 2" are broken secure the Mass Airflow Sensor -G70- with bolts -item 8-  OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING. Refer to the parts information for the bolts.
